Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original MARTÏ packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
